CHPS developed technology in a market where INTC already has a stranglehold. COMS is in a market that INTC is only a player in and by no means has even market leadership let alone a monopoloy. With COMS they'll have market leadership - but still far from a monopoloy - in NICS and at the same time expand their business more into networking. These products have nothing to do with thier core chip business which is the only business the DOJ is looking at as a monopoloy position. OG
