Hello Marconi,

I think you have your data point: minimal response, mediocre volume. One year ago, I would wager, such an announcement would have caused an immediate spike of 50%, at a minimum. But that was a long time ago (and some $20 per share ago!) These days, it looks as though everyone has finally given ZITL up for dead. Rightfully so.

Like you, I would value ZITL at net cash.
