LIQPLMBER,

I don't mean to speak for Auric, but I don't think he was trying to imply that the engine was already in use in anything other than home built planes.

I think the reason he and others have brought up Dynacam is to show how pathetic AENG is, not as competition for AENG. If you compare Dynacam with AENG it shows what a loser AENG is.

They both have a potentially revolutionary new engine design, but ...

AENG only has a prototype, Dynacam has working models in consumers hands.
AENG has been 'authorized' by no one, Dynacam has FAA approval in home built aircraft.
AENG has no US patents, If I recall right, Dynacam has several.
AENG has an RV, Dynacam has corporate headquarters in CA.
AENG has never sold a thing, Dynacam has.
AENG went public on the bulletin board before having anything, Dynacam is using the traditional route of financing.

Whether they are competitors or not, the point is look at Dynacam and the troubles they are having developing a following and they are light years ahead of AENG. The lottery is probably a better 'investment' than AENG.

BTW, I did appreciate your attempt at bringing this thread back to a mature, respectable place to discuss the merits (or lack of) of investing in AENG.

Brent
