Mr. Swedelo & Others : Volume has been increasing consistently for the past 3 days and it appears this has to do mostly with new buying rather than any short covering. I can say this based on the fact short MMs have yet to raise their ask prices. So, Given the new interest in the stock coupled with much anticipated lawsuit dismissal may make shorts somewhat nervous and soon they may start covering!!! Well, this is just IMHO. Any comments ?
