Street,
My suspicion is that the SB-10 is ugly, in the sense that it would/will show that DGIV is not as healthy or prosperous as it claims to be, and that's why it hasn't been filed. I can't prove that, of course, but it worried me enough to sell off my DGIV and take a substantial loss, one that dwarfs my losses on MTEI. Pretty soon I'm probably going to face the music about INFE. I may buy back in, but only when I see some real substance to DGIV.
The suggestions that there are some deep pockets behind the stock worries me as much as it seems to encourage some of the posters on this thread. Despite comments about pump and dumps and whose in on what, my fear is that the deep pockets behind this stock have been lined with money from the posters on this thread, who have been innocent dupes in the whole scheme. Its beginning to sound a lot like MTEI, only there is a working company here, at least.
As for Jimmy Chin, what I read about him makes me think he is disingenuous at the very least. If the contracts that were supposedly there aren't really there, DGIV's failure to acknowledge this fact is very troubling. The alleged squabbling between Chin and the lawyers on what to include in the SB-10 also makes me wonder what Chin is up to.
I hope I'm wrong, but I've lost too much money on this one already.
Good luck.
