Short term play on adpt?

I was wondering if anyone on the thread would care to comment on a possible short term play on adpt. Since adpt has lost a lot of value this year, there may be some year end tax selling pressure. Let us assume for the time being that this scenario will turn out to be true. Can any one or more of you suggest a good short term play on this stock for someone who already owns the stock? For example, what should be the exit point, what should be the reentry point and what should the timings of the exit and reentry points? The idea being that we want to claim a 1998 tax loss while retaining the upside potential for future years.
