Bull, What's new is they don't have an auditor anymore. They resigned. I'm a CPA by trade and dealt with a lot of audits and no matter how much sugar you put on an auditor resigning, the chances of good news coming out of that afterward (from an accounting and reporting perspective) are next to nil. It sounds like there's some kind of dispute between RECY's CFO and the auditors about how to recognize the value of their acquisitions. Talk about new storm clouds....this will almost definitely affect RECY's ability to obtain financing (both ongoing credit and high yield for acquisitions) in a negative manner. Phil
