Dwight - I got NTN's Form 10-Q dtd Nov 14, 1996, For the quarterly period ended September 30, 1996. Do you have a copy????

On page 11, Item 2. under General. First sentence "The Company uses exisiting technology to develop, produce and distribute two-way multi-player interactive programs in conjunction with live events and also produces and distributes its own original interactive programs."

Were does it say that NTN relies on INNNs' technology to provide the stated services???? I would say if NTN relied on INNNs technology, it would be required to be reported that to the SEC. I also called the company today, I asked if the company was using INNN's technology and I was told that it is not. I was further told that INNNs' technology is outdated. Maybe that is the reason, INNN and TCI are silent and not filing law suits. One is a lawyer and the other company can afford to to it, if it had a case. So, now, what is your point.
Like I said before, NTN is using off-the shelf technology that in no way concerns INNN.

This is taken from page 11, Part II - Other Information, Item 1. Legal Proceedings, fifth paragraph: "Until recently, the Company was involved as a plaintiff or defendant in various previously reported lawsuits in both the United States and Canada involving Interactive Network, Inc. ("IN"). With the court's assistance, the Company and IN have been able to reach a resolution of all pending disputes in the United States and have agreed to private arbitration regarding any future licensing, copyright or infringement issues which may arise between the parties. There remain two lawsuits involving the Company, its unaffiliated Canadian licensee and IN, which were filed in Canada in 1992. No substantive action has been taken in furtherance of either action."

Have you ever called NTN to see if it was still using INNNs' technology or did you just take it for granted that it was????
I suggest you research the current facts a little better.
