Priscilla, I would just like to add my comments to what Brad has already said about your accusations. What you said about us is NOT true.

Yes, I was excited about FAMH. I thought it was a company with great potential. I still am watching FAMH very closely because I think it has a good core business.

I would never have dreamed that FAMH would be in its current situation. I am NOT pleased with what the management has done in the past. As a matter of fact I am very upset about the situation. I feel that I have been lied to and mislead. I do not like being played for a fool.

I also do not like to bash a stock. All that does is hurt the current shareholders. It does not help the company turn things around and return value to the shareholders.

At this point I will not post anything negative or positive that I find out about this company. I CANNOT control what a company does or does not do. I only know what they tell me they are trying to do.

But I will let you know that I am NOT at all pleased that FAMH has not yet reported their 1997 financials. I am not pleased that there are 75 million outstanding shares. I am not pleased with Arif's apparent resistance to do anything to help correct this situation. In my opinion Arif should not only return shares to the company, but he should also resign.
