chum slury,

Talked to the Pres. last week and he did manage to give me some signs of encouragement.

1) The last 12 of the 24 sales force were trained last weekend and deployed looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

2) Apparently a couple of Foreign Govts are talking seriously to CSGI and have 150 mil or so to spend.

3) A couple of larger Fortune 50 Corps are happy with CSGI's work and additional work may be pending. Referrals to other large Corps may occur as a result.

4) A large Co in Europe seems pleased with their work and could result in some more contracts.

5) The Private placement in May was the worst thing Bishop ever did. Dreapers is looking at several ways to try and work out of it. We'll see what happens.

6) The Co is working a post Yr 2K game plan which actually could work if they can pull it off.

Again, these are all words and we've heard it all before. I am impressed with Dreapers and if anybody can do it I think he can.

I quit reading the Yahoo posts a long time ago but I understand Tech has gone off the deep end. Tech can't prove that the Canadians are shorting though he does try to imply it. That group certainly has been known to do it in the past. The problem is that they can't own more than 14.9% of the Co and any given time. So in order to exercise their entire convertible they would have to sell a huge chunk of stock in an illiquid market and end up with millions of shares of a worthless stock. It won't happen! Shorting this stock at this level does not work in their favor. Actually they would be stupid not to cover here if they are short.

See Ya!
