This is proving to be a good forum. Please keep us informed if "the regulators start issuing wholesale disciplinary measures sometime around next March." It would love to balance your opinion with those of people like Gary North :-) This has always been a good forum in my opinion! Next week the regulatory agencies will be publishing their enforcement guidelines indicating how they are going to proceed. I don't have a clue what's in it but it will definitely be "tough". I'll post a link and some summary when it hits...
