"Do you think he came onto SI (Trial member) posted his directive and left?"

Can't say, of course. That is up to him. So far as I can tell, he never had anything to place on the thread prior, and unless one assumes that one of the other posters has an overlap of some sort, it appears that there have been no more messages.
The "thread" is monitored, however, of this you can be sure.
Without going into unnecessary detail, it is clear what brought about the intervention, however. Some lengthy time ago, one of the other "thread" posters made note of calling the PR firm, and opining that it was inappropriate for the company not to provide an 800 number for the quarterly conference call. I don't recall precisely what Trinske's answer was (according to the poster), but it was something along the lines of "If you don't like it, perhaps you will pay for it."
My own comment was that was a flip response to a shareholder, and were I in management's position, I would terminate my agreement with the PR firm.
I have now had several months to think about that...and guess what? I still feel the same.
There isn't any way that a PR firm (particularly one that you have had such difficulty reaching) should be the sole source of public information on this business. In fact, no self-respecting institution could consider allowing its communication with **any** company to go through an intermediary. I am quite sure that all of the important Simula executives are well aware of this. In fact, **all** executives of public companies know this...
...As do the institutions, who typically vote with their feet when they believe they have to sustain contacts through an intermediary.
Have a good day. |
