Another thought. Think about it, if you're Mr. Mory, you know that your company is expanded with a huge potential outgrowth and a good earning number coming up, then LU approach you and offer a deal let say .70 of LU price. Would you accept it? I hope Mr. Mory won't (didn't) do that but draw out another deal base on ASND price in stead. How about 25% premium + current price of ASND right after earning announcing day. That more fair to both side. Just my opinion of course. Duke
