IMO the world isn't paying attention to all of the things that China is doing to stimulate the domestic and export economies. They are taking action in so many areas that it becomes difficult to follow. It seems that there's an "incentive of the week" plan with one department or another making an announcement. Japan could learn from the way China is responding to the 'crisis'. What I am saying, the world could learn.

Then again, Chinese politicians don't have to worry about another political party questioning everything they do.
