ok...had a chance to look at the news.... it serves a much needed capital infusion without totally "giving away the shop." If nothing else, it buys much needed time and continues a strategic relationship which remains a critical part of their business. I'd be surprised if it doesn't run a little further as this news sinks in...last trade was 0.67. Good luck, I'll check back in after I get caught up on things. Greg
