Duke, I think you're right about the current price being "fair value", and the perceiving of greater earnings driving the price higher after the first of the month -- but built into that will also be the perception of an LU buy-out. Then, if the buy-out doesn't occur the price will probably take a hit, imo. The question is whether the risk/reward is worth buying at the existing price.

And, I also agree that .70 is not going to "do the trick".
