Hope,

I don't know outstanding sharesfor DRIV. You do not need them. You are doing the same calculation. % of DRIV outstanding shares owned by TSQD = the # of DRIV shares owned by DRIV.

Now take that # (we know the number held by TSQD and do not have to relate to % ownership) and divide by TSQD outstanding. This was done in great detail at the time of the IPO and the % was determined to be .3. There is no need to relate to market cap unless you want to go through the added math and dig up the unknowns then you are correct you can use the 19% ownership number.

A lot easier to just use the formula I provided earlier.

Also, you .21 does not account for DRIV share price. Based on the numbers Jim is using his math is correct. I just am not sure of the unknowns.

The relationship though of "% of DRIV outstanding shares owned by TSQD = the # of DRIV shares owned by DRIV" forgoes the need to find out the # of DRIV outstanding.
