It was available thru etrade if you were a customer. You filled out an online application and I guess that you had to put in a mrket order for 100 shares. i haven't heard of anyone getting more than 100 shares. The stock seems to be holding up better than I thought. small trading range considering the 30 pt runup fron the folks that bought yesterday!
