You have saved me a call.

I think Sitra and BANY is on the up and up.......and in one respect, this is the leap of faith one must take at this point.

I believe that when these audited statements are released.....(depending upon the debt level)....It will begin to allow BANY to move considerably higher....as we will be able to focus on the other developments and interesting value aspects.

I know that many have come to the end of their rope...waiting for these numbers.....and I don't blame them. Some of those who are so demanding have only owned the stock for a week or so. These folks are really not interested in BANY as a long term investment. They really want to move along. As they get fed up and sell.....I think there will be others to replace them.

I believe it will be difficult for BANY to move much higher without the release of the data......barring some other special announcement or event....Although I can't predict what people will do...I feel that there are many folks waiting to enter the stock and/or add to their existing positions. I know many of my friends are excited about the Dell, Ingram, and Anything Internet developments......but simply will not establish a healthy position in the stock until BANY gets this issue behind them. In a way.....they would rather pay $1.00 for a stock that they feel comfortable about perhaps going to $3.00.....than paying 50 cents for a stock that they do not feel comfortable with.

So I guess patience is the key word. If the stock goes down......it may be a great speculative buying opportunity....if it trends up.......fine.

I'm looking forward to the complete story unfolding.......and believe the release of the data....when it happens, will be a wonderful day.
