I wrote covered puts. Technically if I claim my cost basis is 121 5/8 with the puts, I can't say my gains are capped at 100 1/4. That implies I will make 21 points if AMZN goes to 100. I will only make 11 5/8 if AMZN goes to 100 or below. I guess I should have said that my gains were capped at 110, the strike price.

Better to say my cost basis isn't 121 5/8, but I will not lose money until AMZN climbs above 121 5/8.

Just wanted to correct myself. I think you guys know what I mean.
