Of course, Starr didn't release any of the information to the media, the Congress did, based on an overwhelming bipartisan vote. Even 2/3 of the Democrats voted to release the information. Starr actually recommended that some of the material be withheld for various reasons. So you must be recommending that society purge itself of Congress, right?
