A reverse split theoretically means nothing because the new share will reflect the same value. More importantly, other large investors believe in this company enough to invest in $100,000 increments. The reduction in long term debt is favorable. This company has a great product and continues to have a great future if they survive long enough to generate earnings. To me, this is a positive step which will allow a few more months to push product out the door to create earnings. Obviously, small companies like this are a speculation, but I have visited the company, spoken with the President, and continue to have faith that they will be able to execute their business plan.
