. What I want to know is why he never thought it was important to learn to read or write while rubbing shoulders with the scribes for 23 years. That was the whole reason God selected him to be the messenger. This way, no one could say that he had written the Qur'an himself or that he had read the Bible or done research. It was impossible. So now people are faced with a problem of determining how he could have produced the Qur'an if he could not read. Moreover, how could have anyone known the Future without God's guidance??
