Two birds in the bush is worth one in the hand?--circa 1998 Richard & Selwyn Rabins SoftQuad International is unequivocally sitting on three (3) substantive IPOs [given any solid management team viz a viz Yahoo!, Microsoft, CGI, et al]...ONLINE merchant onlinemerchant.com , NewKidCo newkidco.com , and HoTMetaL Pro/HMAPPS sq.com ... three slamdunk? IPOable business units...a secondary in the case of SoftQuad Inc...the Rabins incomprehensibly/confoundingly... not only failed to realize this but are apparently dumping SoftQuad Inc [asset sale?] and ONLINE merchant is on the SWEBF back burner, at best...two considerable/substantive pv 'birds in the hand'...this seemingly incomprehensible situation is exacerbated by the Rabins' [alleged] conspicuous/blatant [consistent patterns of] Clintonesque retreat from sound corporate governance shareholder communications/parsing of press releases/issues of facts...do not be surprised if StumpWorld is SWEBFs next Lernout Hauspie fiasco...
