Cosmo, I am concerned that posting some information that is negative would actually hurt your hopes of recovery from your current underwater position. If Gary is able to defend against the hostiles now accumulating shares he may in fact be able to turn things around if only he listens to people like Canion, you then are able to recover. If the takeout group uses Canions principals and runs it properly then again you will be able to recover. the Norville things looks like a last ditch golden handshake/parachute and I wonder if Gary will be implementing one soon? If however gary does not learn from the past and in fact runs it with profligacy it will crater and you will lose totally. Bill
