Order Execution System bandits were accused of driving the company's shares forward by 23% on heavy
volume. Analysts say market makers pay little attention to the issue, so that when they are bombarded by
SOES orders, they find themselves short, and are then forced to increase the price they are willing to pay
for the stock they have sold.
