(NewsTraders) -- CMP Media Inc. (CMPX) CFO and Vice President Joseph Sichler bought 20,000 shares of common stock on September 4 for $10.75 a share, according to a Form 4 released today by the SEC. He owned 20,815 shares after the transaciton.
