They are selling it at the world prices, regardless of the rouble.
As for the looters in Russia, this crisis could
provide the necessary purging.
Many new Russians are going to the poor house, or worse
(debts = life threats). Plus, nobody is going to give more money
to Russia now, so they will have to do something - something like
getting the house in order -which could mean bad times for looters.
