Another possible? interpretation....

Mega Blow is actually owned by the Halioua family - TREY is just an umbrella company setup for investment income from the US. In other words, TREY is just a shell - no real ownership of any of the companies assets - the Halioua's own the real property.

MB gets a big contract and the Halioua's sell their shares for $5+ million - TREY share holders will see none of this money. The TREY umbrella sinks into the sunset and the Halioua's live happily ever after thanks to their generous American benefactors!!

This company has 80,000,000 share dilution on no earnings!! The best you can hope for is they will do their American "friends" the favor of a 10/1 reverse split. Oh goody!

They are unloading the only assets the company has... and the money goes to the Halioua's not to TREY.

Is this possible??
