Hi Lee ---- =====> Hope you got a UPS for your setup this time. (or did you have one before?) Thanks for the message ........ glad that you brought up the UPS ---- might be good for the thread folks to check out their surge protection and battery backups ...... yes, I had a batterybackup and a separate surge protector ( not the $10 kind either) ------ there evidently were 2 or 3 separate lightening strikes/and/or/surges ...... at any rate ----- all of 'em got wiped out ...... the techie who I use said that it was just one of those freak things ...... yeah ---- ggggggg he did say that he suspected that the bat backup had failed but that I didn't know it ........ oh well ........
