It's just people buying. But their buy orders are not going through on ask price. They are buying below ask, so it shows up as a "red" on the chart. This is good news cause we are getting accumulation - finally. The price will continue to be held here while the new parties (IR firm & newly interested ones) accumulate more. What happed is that new investors were more than likely made a deal, in that they could buy between a specific price range. I wonder what's going on.... Disclaimer: Of course this is all speculation....
