This is my only conclusion: There is still good support just below 1. The lower prices have brought out more bids - right now the B/A is 77x10. The last trade was 5000 shares at 31/31, an uptick. It is possible the conversion is still taking place. If not, people are just waiting for the deal. Not much will happen until its announced, or until enough people get tired of waiting.
