Daniel, I too made money on a number of stocks that JD recommended. I did pick and choose and take primary responsibility for my actions.

However, I have relied on JD to keep me informed on the international stocks he recommended. It is easy to get good information on domestic stocks. But international stocks are something else. There was certainly a bubble in Hong Kong during the euphoria when China took over. I began to recognize a bubble in Europe in the early spring. Unfortunately, I let JD's cheerleading influence me to stay with the stocks too long.

This is my main complaint. He shouldn't be a cheerleader. He is a good stock picker. He should report changes - both positive and negative - in the stocks, and let us make up our minds without the cheerleading.

My second complaint is that he rarely gives up on a stock. Instead of presenting the changes that are going on in a company, he forces us to get information elsewhere or to rely on his evaluation.

I have found his evaluation after the purchase to be much weaker that his initial stock picking.
