e-mail. Gaps.. Two good books I use for my gap strategies are: Jake Bernstein The Compleat Daytrader. has a whole chapter on gaps and Trading for a Living by Dr. Alexander Elder also has a chapter on the various gap strategies. Finally, there is a thread on SI about gap strategies exchange2000.com

I don't really need to play them too much. I prefer to concentrate on stocks that DO NOT gap.. much more profit there. There are so many great beaten down stocks that don't gap. Internets for example, have plenty of range during the day and provide excellent trading vehicles without chasing gap ups. On the other hand, I do like gap downs and play them 90% more than gap ups.
