Tickerhound, If the prefered holders know enough to know when to convert, they should also know enough to "go long". That means we should get a pretty good sign that the deal is about to be announced. Hey I don't know if you guys read the Yahoo message board, but someone posted that TMex "ordered" his followers to unload gradually. As you can imagine, the message board didn't believe it for an instant. The last time the sheep unloaded gradually, it lasted 30 minutes !!!!!!! Regards, Chris
