Yeah I've followed CSE ever since some broker with Merrill Lynch started calling asking me to buy it at 67. Watched it all the way down to 30 when I bought finally. Book Value is somewhere around 31. I am very surprised that it continued to fall to 22. Unfortunately Mr. Market has decided that the world has no further need for heavy equipment makers. So we wait.
