But read the statement in the middle of the article: "The resort casino will be promoted as a tourist destination point. The casino section of the property will only be open to tourists and individuals carrying foreign passports and all gambling transactions in the resort casino will be conducted in U.S. currency." If they recognized this fact, then what is the whole last section all about if they can't gamble at this casino. Codee
