**Delisting Status Update**

Feeling concerned, I just called NCT again to try to find out if there's been any news regarding the appeal to NASDAQ on our pending delisting.

Joanna Lipper said that NCT has heard *nothing* from NASDAQ.

She said that she (and I presume others in NCT have talked with her about this matter) is not expecting any word back from NASDAQ for "weeks or even months."

As before, as long as the appeal is going on, NCTI will trade just as it has in the past on NASDAQ.

In a way, this seems to be good news. We apparently **do not now** face the imminent prospect of suddenly being delisted. Additionally, if NCT keeps performing well business-wise, brings in additional licensees, and continues selling product, I think that NASDAQ would have less and less reason to actually delist NCTI.

I figure the current status is like a probation. If NCT does okay in the next weeks/months, there won't be a delisting.

Well, I don't know if I'm correct about all of this. But I feel much better. I'm anxious to see in the days ahead if the market concurs with this general analysis.

Best of luck to all (except the NCTI shorters)!

Nicholas
