Sorry to insult you although I don;t see how it is an insult. If you don;t like the service then why not leave? Customers do have choices. If the service is bad they'll leave. If it's good and is improved they may stay. I guess long term we'll see. Not to insult anybody but AOL survived. Customers had a choice and with Online trading there are plenty of choices. Rob
