Paul, re:<The K7 will use DEC's Alpha chip set (made by Intel) (EV6 ?) for the K7> Not true. AMD is making their own chipset which will support both the Alpha and the K7. The motherboard reference design will support both chips so I assume the BIOS has both a K7 bank and an Alpha bank. The only other thing I know is the 200 MHz bus speed. Petz
