Hi, Frank, I hope you and your wife have a great time sight-seeing in New England. The foliage should be just perfect right now and for the next couple of weeks to a month. And, Cape Cod and the other coastal areas should be cleared out of most of the tourists, just right. I was just telling Sonny that I am personally in uncharted waters in this kind of market. Very humbling if one ever gets to thinking he or she knows very much about the big picture. I envy you in your upcoming vacation, but, hey, it's a matter of myself and my wife planning one of our own, too. Enjoy yourselves, Tony
