I think Bob and Glenn and IS are well kept on the above.

Jan,

The 3 million shares are unlocked to sell as of October 15, 1998. The other 9.6 million depends on the vesting time of the original companies. The SEC filing was not explicit enough that I could tell when this was except it occured over a variety of time frames.
