Oh I think he will lower but I don't think it will help. All they are trying to do is get more liquidity. I think they are scared to death that this thing is going to melt down. I think the market has already factored in the cut and something else will have to take it higher from here. I have to say this though . . the internals are better now than they were 7/17/98. Monty
