Ken, Shareholders are not selling this stock. People who have received stock for services are selling. If you examine all the filings made by FXWA you will see that the same pattern will occur there. I think the option (warrant) idea is BS. I don't want to pay for assets that were already mine. This whole deal sounds good but in reality we are giving away the business for paper. Let's see how much cash we can get for the note! Where is the cash ($7 million loan)? If we don't get it by next week we're going down to a penny. Ted
