I had sent KLOC an e-mail over the weekend w/ many of the concerns we've recently discussed here. I got a phone call from their IR guy this a.m., and he stated that the co. currently does not have plans to issue more shares. He stated the purpose behind the request to increase the number of authorized shares is so that mgmt. could possibly use them in an acquisition if the opportunity was to arise (he did not say if they are currently looking to make just such a move). He went on to say that mgmt. has got together w/ their attorneys so as to draft a letter to the editor of Forbes. They are also conferring about a possible letter to go out to shareholders in regards to this matter. Earnings are to be released this week, Friday at the latest, he stated, once they've got the figures from their accountants.
