Richaard-I never invested in prac(w)-I was watching it for quite a while, but decided to wait and watch. Thanks for reminding me about coht(w)-I had looked at before, and will take another peak at it. I did sell 400 gegpw warrants today at 29/32. I still hold 1000-I believe that they are worth around $1 until get closer to a deal date-which said sometime in 4th quarter. John
