Hi Ancil,

To answer your question, I started buying the stock around .49 and have since averaged down to about 27 cents a share, but you miss my point. What I was driving at back when you were saying you wanted to buy at 9 cents was that I bought the stock because I had faith in MDIN. I liked the company and felt they would produce what that claimed, but you have always seemed to mistrust MDIN. I could never understand why you would want to buy a company when you had so much mistrust in its management. And I could not understand why you would want the price to completely fall apart before you would throw money at. It seems to me that if a stock is tanking, it is not a good idea to buy it. If it drops like a rock form .28 to say .09 where you wanted to buy it at, what is there to stop it from continuing to go down to let's say for argument's sake, ummm, .07.

I wasn't really zinging you the other day, but more so refering to when you bought the stock at .09. I posted to you then that I could not understand you motivation for buying a stock that you hated and with management that you did not trust. That doesn't make any sense to me. You're response is always "for the flip", but if you believe what you have always said about this company, how could you believe there would be a "flip".

Honestly Ancil, considering your cost basis and mine, I am really, truly sorry that you are losing money. Oh boy, am I sorry! You know, it's really true. It hurts me more than it hurts you! ;-)
