Here's an excerpt from the last press release, Aug. 17: In the short term, Lewis & Waterman agreed to fund the company with $1 million for the initial acquisition of the Florida based Pretzel Twister. The rest of the funds will follow for pending & potential acquisitions. Where's that $1 million? The term "agreed to fund" sounds like it was a done deal. I wonder when we'll have another press release and I wonder what it will say.
