the company needs to come through for us now. it is really in their court to deliver. the filing would be the start - good/bad/ugly - it don't matter - it is a matter of credibility. and until we get that these people will have every right to raise the issues they raise (albeit - i think they're making far too much out of the current situation). regards. gary
