Sire, dear, you can't tar all lawyers with the same brush. I know a very sweet, handsome and wonderful lawyer..LOL I don't believe one word constitues 1.2% of a poem either. For example, if I was talking to you and couldn't find the right word to finish a sentence and you supplied the word, would you be able to sue me for using your word in my sentence. Ridiculous!!! I don't believe anyone can claim ownership of a word in a poem, can they? Anyway, it takes a lot more than just words to create a poem! ze gyp
